We provided property management and leasing services for the shopping centre from 2009 through 2018, along with redevelopment services for the Finnish Pontos Group.
A major turnaround took place between 2013 and 2015, including a 2,000 sqm extension, the remodeling of the former Norfa premises, comprehensive interior and exterior upgrades, and a full rebranding from Babilonas to RYO as you know it today.
The property was successfully sold to Eften in 2018.
