As we look ahead to 2026, we are excited to share an important milestone in our company’s journey.
For many years, we have been recognized across the Baltic market as an independent real estate advisory firm operating within the CBRE affiliate network. This partnership has shaped our growth, strengthened our expertise, and helped us deliver consistent value to clients locally and internationally.
Although we have mutually agreed with CBRE not to renew our affiliate agreement, we will continue to partner with CBRE as needed to serve clients in the Baltic region. Starting on January 1, 2026, we will do business under a new independent brand: CPB - Connecting Property and Business. This change reflects our evolution and our ambition to build new capabilities, strengthen our initiative, and grow into a distinctive advisory brand for the Baltic region.
Our working relationship with CBRE remains strong, and our core services remain unchanged - research, valuation, property and project management, leasing and sales - and over time we look forward to exploring additional capabilities and new ways to support your plans.
